Central Highlands Regional Council is hiring an Area Support Officer for Blackwater to deliver high-level administrative and customer service support in the area office and contact centre. You will assist across the region with enquiries and day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• A customer centric approach with experience in resolving general enquiries
• Demonstrated high level administration experience
• Ability to answer and respond to high call volumes
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage your time efficiently
• Hold a Minimum of a Queensland C Class Provisional Drivers Licence

Responsibilities

• Provide high level administrative and customer service support to the area office and across the region
• Assist with incoming enquiries in the busy contact centre
• Provide general administration support to various departments within the organisation
