PCYC Queensland is seeking an energetic Aquatic Facility Manager to lead the operations, safety, and performance of our The Gap aquatic facility. You will inspire staff, deliver exceptional service to patrons, and drive continuous improvement within a not-for-profit environment.

The role requires recognised certificates in swimming, lifeguarding, first aid, and a Working with Children Check, plus the ability to travel across Queensland as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold recognized swimming and water-safety qualifications.
• Experience leading aquatic facilities or similar operations is preferred.
• Proven commitment to safety, service, and continuous improvement.
