PCYC Queensland is seeking an Aquatic Facility Manager to lead the Emu Park Pool operations, safety and performance. You will drive a culture of teamwork, service, and continuous improvement, delivering a safe and welcoming environment for the local community.

The role requires supervising staff, managing budgets, and promoting community engagement while ensuring compliance with safety standards and program delivery.

Qualifications

• Lifeguard certification and First Aid/CPR are required.
• Willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and National Police Check before commencement.
• Demonstrated leadership and business acumen for facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational and financial performance of the Aquatic Facility.
• Lead safety, service quality, and customer-focused culture.
