PCYC Queensland is seeking an Aquatic Facility Manager to lead operations, safety and performance at The Gap. You will inspire staff, ensure high safety standards and deliver excellent customer service to patrons and the community.

The role requires swimming and water-safety qualifications, lifeguard certification, and checks (Blue Card/National Police). We offer not-for-profit benefits, training and career development opportunities.

Your New Role

The Aquatic Facility Manager is responsible for leading the operations, safety, and performance of our Aquatic Facility, ensuring excellence for both staff and patrons. This role will drive operational and financial success while fostering a culture of teamwork, service, and continuous improvement. This role requires the ability to inspire and empower others, while creating a safe, welcoming, and customer-first environment. About You

• Hold a Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety Certificate
• Hold a current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
• Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate.
• Hold (or able to obtain before commencement) a QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and consent to a National Police Check
• Experience in a similar role is highly desirable
• Possess business acumen and a growth mindset to ensure success of the facility
• Ability to travel across the state as required.
• Lead others to success within their role
