Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking an Aquatic Duty Manager for Redcliffe War Memorial Swimming Pool to oversee safety and operations in the absence of the Centre Manager. You will direct daily activities across café, aquatics, health club, sports programmes, private hires, events and customer service staff.

The role requires strong leadership, WHS knowledge, and current pool qualifications; mornings, evenings and weekend work are expected to support a busy community facility.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience with an ability to inspire others.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of WH&S guidelines, evacuation and emergency procedures.
• Demonstrated experience of plant room management and pool operations.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Current First Aid (Level 2) & CPR Certificate.
• Blue Card - Working with Children\'s check and National Police Check clearance.
• Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate.
• Current Pool Operations Certificate.

The Role

The Aquatic Duty Manager's primary responsibility is to oversee the safety, evacuation and operation of the entire centre in the absence of the Centre Manager and to direct day to day activities of the café, aquatics, health club, sports programmes, private hires, events and customer service staff.
