Job summary

Islashboutique, in collaboration with Romiie, seeks an Appointment Setter to be the first contact for interested clients. This casual, on-site role involves qualifying leads and booking into the sales calendar, with a high-volume pace and no cold calling.

You will handle outbound calls to warm leads, respond to enquiries, and follow a proven script while meeting KPI targets. Training is provided, and you’ll join a growing beauty brand at Bundamba’s warehouse space.

Qualifications

• No experience required — we will train you.
• Confident on the phone with a bubbly personality.
• Comfortable with technology (Mac preferred, but general computer skills are fine).
• Reliable, punctual, and responsive.
• Self-motivated and eager to hit daily KPI's and Targets.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm leads who have opted in.
• Book qualified appointments into the sales calendar.
• Respond to SMS and email enquiries promptly.
• Follow a provided script and hit daily/weekly KPIs.
• Contribute to organic content when needed (behind-the-scenes, team moments, casual on-camera bits).

The Role

We're looking for an Appointment Setter to join our team. You'll be the first point of contact for people who've already shown interest in our services, no cold calling. Your job is to connect with them, qualify them, and book them into our sales calendar. This is a high volume sales role and you will be doing approximately 200-250 calls per day.

What You'll Be Doing

• Making outbound calls to warm leads who have opted in
• Booking qualified appointments into the sales calendar
• Responding to SMS and email enquiries promptly
• Following a provided script and hitting daily/weekly KPIs
• Contributing to organic content when needed (think behind-the-scenes, team moments, casual on-camera bits)
