Responsibilities

• Connecting with customers - managing inbound calls through our 1300 number and providing friendly, helpful support.
• Managing appointments - booking, confirming, and coordinating key customer milestones including Post Site, MS, Post-Install, and more.
• Keeping things running smoothly - maintaining accurate calendars, schedules, and customer records.
• Creating great first impressions - conducting Welcome Calls to ensure new customers feel confident and supported from day one.
• Supporting an exceptional customer journey - helping deliver a seamless experience from initial contact through to installation completion.

We're on the lookout for a people-loving, detail-driven Appointment Setter for our Proactive Customer Care Team based in Brisbane.

This role is all about being the trusted point of contact for our customers - helping them feel informed, supported, and looked after throughout their solar journey. You'll play a key role in managing customer communication, coordinating appointments, and ensuring every interaction is smooth, professional, and positive.
