Job summary

NSW Rural Fire Service is seeking an applications support professional to monitor performance, resolve issues and sustain system reliability across enterprise applications. You will work hands-on to maintain and enhance critical solutions, following NSW ICT standards and best practices.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with C#, .NET, MVC, JavaScript and AWS services, strong problem solving, and ability to collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to keep services

Qualifications

• Experience with C#, .NET, MVC, JavaScript, and AWS services including AWS SDK, CloudFormation and Lambda.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in a large organisation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor application performance and resolve technical issues.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure system availability and reliability.
• Provide hands-on support, maintenance and enhancement of enterprise applications.
