Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting and deploying enterprise applications in Windows and/or Linux environments.
• Strong understanding of application integrations, APIs, scripting, automation, and database technologies such as Oracle or SQL Server.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and working with vendors to deliver successful outcomes.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving capability, with experience troubleshooting complex application and integration issues.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Experience working within Agile, DevOps, and ITIL environments, collaborating across cross-functional teams to deliver technology outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage, deploy, and support packaged software solutions, ensuring system stability, effective issue resolution, and seamless integration with enterprise platforms and business systems.
• Collaborate with architects, product teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions.
• Drive solution lifecycle activities including requirements analysis, testing, release management, deployment, and ongoing optimisation.
• Monitor application performance, resolve production issues, and perform root‑cause analysis to improve system reliability and user experience.
• Contribute to platform modernisation initiatives, including the migration of legacy applications to cloud‑enabled environments.
• Participate in a shared on‑call support roster, providing critical application support to maintain service availability and operational excellence.
• The team also comes together in person for activities such as branch all‑in days (Location Burwood Office), training sessions, planning workshops and collaborative work.
