Job summary

Feros Care is seeking an experienced Applications Specialist for a 6 month contract, based in Coolangatta with flexible hybrid work arrangements. You will be the escalation point for business applications, optimize systems, and work with vendors and stakeholders to deliver practical solutions.

You will support, enhance and document our application landscape, drive improvements, and ensure security and compliance across our technology environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Service Desk environment with at least 1 year in Level 2 support.
• Experience with ITIL framework is desirable.
• Current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence required.
• Must be able to undergo a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check.

Responsibilities

• Act as escalation point for Level 2 support and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Maintain and optimise the application landscape for reliability and security.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on solutions.
• Manage updates, patching and enhancements with security/compliance in mind.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows and performance.
• Assist with implementation and continuous improvement projects.
• Create and maintain application documentation and support guides.
• Monitor performance and ensure technology aligns with business needs.
