A leading IT services firm is seeking an L2 Production Application Support consultant for a 6-month contract role in Adelaide. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ClickSoftware Field Service Edge, L2 application support processes, and SQL for production data validation. Exceptional analytical and communication skills are essential to effectively manage support tasks and collaborate within a joint delivery model. Qualifications

• Strong understanding of FSE functional areas including work orders, appointments, dispatch, resources.
• Hands-on experience with L2 application support processes including incident, problem, and change management.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and log analysis for troubleshooting integrations.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management within a joint delivery model.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot complex optimization and scheduling issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 production application support for FSE functional areas.
• Validate production data and troubleshoot issues using SQL.

• Strong understanding of ClickSoftware Field Service Edge (FSE) functional areas including Work orders, appointments, dispatch, resources, skills, calendars, shifts, and territories.
• Familiarity with the Objects, Flows, and Permission Sets as it relates to FSE integration.
• Hands‑on experience with L2 application support processes including incident, problem, and change management. Clear understanding of L1 / L2 / L3 support models and escalation flows.
• SQL skills for production data validation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman) and log analysis for troubleshooting integrations.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills to work effectively within a joint delivery model.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to troubleshoot complex optimization and scheduling issues.
