Job summary

Meta Recruitment in Melbourne's south-east is seeking an Application Support Analyst to look after TechnologyOne and a broad set of business applications on a contract basis through to 30 April 2027.

In this role you will triage incidents, support upgrades, manage integrations, and provide governance over owned applications, ensuring clear owners, proper support, and risk oversight.

Qualifications

• Experience in application support in a complex operational environment.
• Strong SQL knowledge for querying, backups and recovery.
• Experience supporting integrations, APIs or scheduled data transfers.
• Solid grounding in ITSM practices across incident, problem, change and knowledge.
• Some scripting, reporting or automation work that reduced manual effort.
• Clear communication with business owners, vendors, service desk and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Triaging and resolving incidents, requests and problems across TechnologyOne and other enterprise applications, escalating to vendors and internal teams where needed.
• Supporting upgrades, releases, patches and configuration changes, including testing and transition to support.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting integrations, interfaces and data flows between systems.
• Providing BAU governance over business-supported applications: ownership, support arrangements, risk, vendor dependencies and lifecycle.
• Coordinating with the managed database partner on SQL-related requests, incidents and changes.
• Keeping documentation, knowledge articles and service catalogue items accurate and current.

We're looking for an Application Support Analyst to look after TechnologyOne and a broad set of business applications for a client in Melbourne’s south-east. It’s a contract through to 30 April 2027.

Most of your time will go into BAU support of TechnologyOne and the other enterprise applications. The rest is governance: making sure the business-owned applications have clear ownership, proper support arrangements and someone keeping an eye on risk.

What you’ll be doing:
