JD Sports Australia & New Zealand is seeking energetic, focused individuals to join our team as Department Supervisor. The role runs Sunday to Thursday with varying shift times, and you will lead your department to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining merchandising and visual standards.

You will coach and develop your team, support store management, and help drive sales performance. We value a positive attitude, brand knowledge, and strong time management.

Formación

• 2-3 years of experience within retail or like industry.
• Passionate about delivering an amazing service experience for customers.
• Positive attitude with capacity to create a motivating environment for the team.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure daily priorities are executed.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to engage with customers and team members.

Responsabilidades

• Model exceptional customer service, every customer, every time
• Support and guide team to deliver exceptional service and a 'service over task' environment
• Actively gain, maintain and share product & brand knowledge for your department
• Support management team to improve financial performance within your department
• Work with back of house team to ensure product availability
