Job summary

JD Sports Australia & New Zealand is seeking a Department Supervisor to lead your department and deliver exceptional customer service across a Sunday to Thursday roster. You will coach and develop your team while maintaining merchandising and visual standards to drive sales.

You will also work with back-of-house teams to ensure product availability and uphold brand excellence in a dynamic retail environment. Training and progression opportunities are available within the broader business.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience within retail or like industry.
• Passionate about delivering an amazing service experience for customers.
• Positive attitude with capacity to create a motivating environment for the team.
• Excellent time management to ensure daily priorities are executed on time.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, engaging with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Model exceptional customer service, every customer, every time.
