JD Sports in Blacktown is seeking an Apparel Department Supervisor to lead the department, coach the team and uphold exceptional customer service. You will maintain merchandising and visual standards while driving sales results and ensuring product availability.

You will lead by example, coach staff, and collaborate with store management to deliver a high-quality in-store experience across brands and products. This role requires energy, focus and a passion for sports fashion.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience within retail or like industry.
• Passionate about delivering an amazing service experience for customers.
• You have a positive attitude and can motivate your team.
• Excellent time management to ensure priorities are executed.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in social settings.

Responsibilities

• Model exceptional customer service, every customer, every time.
• Support and guide team to deliver exceptional service in a 'service over task' environment.
• Actively gain, maintain and share product knowledge for the department.
• Support management to improve financial performance within the department.
• Work with back of house to ensure product availability.
• Uphold company standards and deliver store visual excellence.
