JD Sports Australia is seeking an energetic Supervisor to lead a department in our Sydney store. This rostered role covers Sunday to Thursday with varied shifts, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales and KPI performance, and maintaining stock availability and visual standards.

You will coach and develop team members, work with the store management team to improve financial performance, and uphold loss prevention processes.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or a similar industry.
• Passion for delivering an amazing service experience.
• Positive attitude and ability to motivate a team.
• Strong time management to prioritise daily tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
