Job summary

JD Sports Tuggerah is seeking a Department Supervisor to support the store management team by leading your department in delivering outstanding customer service. You will maintain merchandising and visual standards, drive sales results, and coach your team for in-store excellence.

You will lead by example, coaching the team to deliver great customer experiences while ensuring product availability and brand knowledge across your category.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience within retail or like industry.
• Passion for delivering an amazing service experience.
• Positive attitude and ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent time management to prioritise daily tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities
