JD Sports Macarthur Square – Campbelltown NSW is seeking an energetic Department Manager to lead a busy retail team and drive exceptional customer service, merchandising standards, and department performance. You will work closely with the Management Team to coach staff, manage priorities, and deliver strong sales results across your area.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years leadership experience within retail or like industry.
