Job summary

JD Sports Australia & New Zealand is seeking a Department Supervisor to lead a store department and deliver exceptional service. You’ll roster across Sunday to Thursday and motivate your team to maintain high standards in merchandising and customer care.

You will coach staff, manage daily priorities, and work closely with store management to boost performance, product availability, and the customer experience across a dynamic sports fashion environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail or similar experience.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Positive attitude with ability to motivate a team.
• Strong time management to handle priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities
