Job summary

JD Sports Australia & New Zealand is seeking a proactive Department Supervisor to lead a store department, deliver exceptional customer service and maintain merchandising standards.

Situated in NSW, this full-time role operates Sunday to Thursday with varying shifts; you will coach a small team, drive sales results, and collaborate with store management to ensure product availability and a premier in-store experience.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in retail or similar
• Passionate about delivering an amazing service experience for customers
• Ability to motivate and develop a small team

Responsibilities

• Model exceptional customer service, every customer, every time
• Support and guide team to deliver exceptional service and a ‘service over task’ environment
• Actively gain, maintain and share product & brand knowledge for your department
• Support management team to improve financial performance within your department
