Job summary

monday.com is hiring for a Revenue Excellence lead in APJ. You will partner with regional sales leaders to diagnose performance gaps, design scalable programs, and roll out global playbooks tailored to the APJ market.

Your work will bridge data insights with practical enablement, driving measurable revenue improvements across a multi-product AI-powered platform. You will own the APJ Revenue Excellence roadmap, collaborate with Platform & Knowledge teams, and mentor regional teams.

Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in sales or sales-adjacent roles (B2B SaaS).
Experience partnering with senior sales leaders and leading programs end-to-end.
Ability to use data insights to identify performance gaps.
Excellent strategic thinking with scalable, long-term feasibility.
Strong business acumen in B2B SaaS.
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
Excellent project management in large, global, cross-functional teams.
Strong facilitation across physical and virtual environments.

Responsibilities

Own the quarterly Revenue Excellence roadmap for the APJ region.
Design and deliver regional programs; lead global and regional programs with Platform & Knowledge teams.
Roll out global programs, tools, and best-practice workflows in APJ with regional leadership involvement.
Drive adoption of coaching and sales leadership standards in the region.
Guide APJ new hires through onboarding journeys.
