Zusammenfassung

monday.com is seeking a senior leader to own and scale the partner ecosystem in APJ from Sydney. You will work with GSIs, SIs, resellers, and ISVs to design practices, packaging, and delivery models that drive ARR, AI/platform attach, and customer outcomes.

You are a technical authority and commercial thinker who can build profitable partner practices, define delivery standards, and lead cross‑functional teams across the region.

Qualifikationen

10+ years in enterprise SaaS, consulting, or systems integration.
5+ years in partner/alliances architect, partner technical strategy, or delivery-architecture role.
Experience with both vendor and partner sides is advantageous.
Knowledge of partner economics (margin, services attach, utilization, P&L).
Experience with GSIs, SIs, and ISVs across APJ markets.

Aufgaben

Design partner practice offerings, service packaging, and delivery models.
Create repeatable solutions and reference architectures for priority verticals.
Define partner delivery methodology, standards, and quality gates.
Assess partner delivery readiness and drive scalable AI use cases.
Run cadence for partner capability, certification, and solution adoption.
