Job summary

monday.com is seeking a seasoned Partnerships Architect for APJ, based in Sydney. You will own the partner ecosystem capabilities, design practices with GSIs/SIs/ISVs, and set scalable delivery standards that drive ARR and customer outcomes.

You report to the Head of Partnerships, APJ, and will shape how partners engage with monday.com across the region. You will design partner offerings and delivery models, create repeatable solution IP, and build a portfolio of AI and automation use cases that

Qualifications

10+ years in enterprise SaaS, consulting, or systems integration with 5+ years in partner/alliances leadership.
Proven ability to build scalable partner practices and IP that drive revenue.
Strong techno-commercial depth with an understanding of partner economics and P&L.
Experience working with GSIs, SIs, and ISVs across APJ markets.

Responsibilities

Own the technical capabilities of the APJ partner ecosystem and design partner practices.
Create packaged solutions, reference architectures, and delivery standards for priority verticals.
Build and scale the AI/automation partner portfolio with repeatable use cases and accelerators.
Define partner delivery methodology, governance, and quality gates and drive certification.
Assess partner readiness, run remediation, and contribute to tiering decisions.
