Verisk Risk Rating Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an Account Manager APAC to strengthen client relationships, manage onboarding, and coordinate with cross‑regional teams. You will drive retention, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled with support from APAC leadership.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in account or relationship management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Commercial acumen and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
• Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and time zones.
• Strong presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Calm, diplomatic and self‑aware engagement with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyse data and identify trends.
• High degree of accuracy, organisation and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Develop in-depth knowledge of current clients, stakeholders and decision makers with regular ongoing contact.
• Assist onboarding for new clients, including integration, account setup and service agreements with the Travel & Operations Manager, APAC and Verisk Legal.
• Ensure contractual obligations are met with guidance from the Travel & Operations Manager, APAC and lawyers.
• Manage relationships and nurture cross-selling opportunities across Risk Rating.
• Coordinate with local and international colleagues for a cohesive account management approach.
• Monitor market demands and competitor capabilities to identify future requirements for internal R&D.
• Manage all client contracts and identify risks and opportunities for the business.
• Utilize Salesforce for all account-related information.
• Work with Verisk marketing to implement regional strategy.
• Participate in ad hoc projects as directed by LH&T senior management.
