Job summary

Verisk Analytics, a global data analytics leader, is seeking an Account Manager APAC to develop Travel Risk Rating client capabilities and revenue. You will maintain relationships with international sales and marketing teams and ensure exceptional service delivery across Australia and New Zealand.

In this hybrid Brisbane role, you will manage client onboarding, contracts, and opportunities for expansion while coordinating with the Travel & Operations Manager, APAC and Verisk Legal.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in account or relationship management, ideally within travel insurance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Commercial acumen and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and time zones.
• Strong presentation skills with senior stakeholders and executives.
• Calm, diplomatic and self‑aware approach to client engagement.
• Ability to analyse data and identify trends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver against the business plan targets and maintain timely communication with UK/Asia colleagues to ensure cohesive client management and fulfilment of contracts.
• Own ongoing management of current client base in Australia and New Zealand, drive engagement, and explore opportunities to expand services (cross‑sell/international capabilities).
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage relationships and multi‑product offerings across Risk Rating.
• Ensure onboarding for new clients with integration support, account setup and service agreements in liaison with APAC manager and Verisk Legal.
• Use Salesforce for all account information and ensure accurate CRM records.
• Collaborate with Verisk marketing to implement regional strategy and participate in ad hoc projects as directed by senior management.
