FNZ Services (NZ) Limited in Melbourne seeks a Senior Risk & Compliance Manager for its APAC Risk & Compliance team. The role provides independent oversight, practical advice and challenge across wealth management, administration and custody services, with a focus on regulatory change.

You will lead internal and external regulatory forums, oversee incidents and remediation, and contribute to broader risk management initiatives within APAC.

Formación

• Seasoned in risk & compliance within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of the Australian regulatory landscape.
• Ability to translate complex rules into practical guidance.
• Experience operating in a second-line risk function.
• Proven stakeholder engagement and reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide independent second-line risk and compliance advice across FNZ’s Australian business.
• Develop and apply FNZ’s compliance framework and obligations management.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact on FNZ and clients.
• Oversee regulatory change implementation with evidence of compliance.
• Deliver risk-based compliance monitoring and second-line control reviews.
• Oversight of incidents, breaches and remediation, incl. regulatory implications.
• Challenge risk assessments and control effectiveness across platforms.
• Contribute risk and compliance input into major business and tech changes.
• Report material risks and regulatory developments to senior management.
