Job summary

Vanta in Sydney is seeking an Account Manager for APJ to own expansion and retention within assigned customers. You will nurture trusted advisor relationships, manage full sales cycles for expansions and renewals, and collaborate with CSMs and cross-functional teams to align security and compliance goals with customer growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management, full cycle sales, or related roles.
• Hybrid role based out of Sydney office.
• Strong prospecting and expansion pipeline skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned APJ accounts as trusted advisor.
• Manage the entire sales cycle for expansions or renewals, including negotiations.
• Forecast expansion and churn monthly and maintain clean CRM data.
• Collaborate with CS, Marketing, Enablement, and Support to align customer goals with Vanta solutions.
• Speak confidently about Vanta's product roadmap and offerings.
