Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a comprehensive client relationship management plan to maintain and grow key accounts.
• Understand client operational and technical deliverables to position API’s solutions effectively.
• Expand relationships with existing customers by proposing solutions that meet objectives.
• Lead account management and sourcing teams; coordinate with sales and other departments.
• Oversee contract renewals and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Ensure timely delivery of products and services and address issues escalated by clients.
