Job summary

Accommodations Plus International is seeking a Senior VP to lead Client Delivery and Regional APAC operations from the Sydney base. The role focuses on managing key accounts, sourcing and execution across the APAC region, ensuring service levels and long-term client success.

You will build strategic relationships with airline and travel operators, drive contract renewals, and lead a cross-functional team to continuously improve layover operations and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales and marketing or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals at all levels.
• Experience as a key executive (Hotel, Airline and/or Technology) with business acumen and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC client delivery, account management, sourcing and operations across the region.
• Manage and develop Account Managers/Directors and Sourcing staff to deliver on SLA commitments.
• Oversee client onboarding, renewals, escalations and strategic initiatives with KPI monitoring.
