Red Hat Asia-Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking a Director, Technical Account Management to lead the APAC TAM practice in Singapore. You will oversee a team of senior TAM managers and TAMs, translating global goals into regional strategy to drive growth and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

You will partner with the APAC Services LT and global TAM leadership to align GTM, manage resources, and advocate for TAM value across sales, engineering, and services.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in technology or business or related field.
• Proven leadership of a large, multi-country organization.
• Strong change management and strategic execution capability.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships across sales, engineering and services.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a team of senior TAM Managers and TAMs across APAC.
• Collaborate with APAC Services LT and regional leadership for alignment and GTM.
• Translate global goals into regional strategy to drive scalable growth.
• Oversee resource allocation, delivery quality, and customer success outcomes.
• Advocate for TAM value with sales and cross-functional partners; ensure renewals.
• Mentor managers, set performance standards, and participate in hiring.
• Travel as necessary to visit customers and attend conferences.
