Job summary
Engine by Starling is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to lead strategic client success for ANZ, building trusted executive relationships and driving platform adoption. You will coordinate with Technology, Delivery and Product teams to ensure go-lives and value delivery while participating in on-call rotations to support global clients.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Technical Account Management or a Strategic Customer Success role.
- Proven track record of executing and adapting a global strategy within a region.
- Expert-level technical aptitude with cloud-based SaaS systems and APIs.
- Proven executive gravitas with C-level and VP stakeholders in large financial institutions.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive strategic success plans for top ANZ clients.
- Lead Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews focusing on platform adoption and value realization.
- Manage defects, change requests, and major incident lifecycle end-to-end.
- Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Product teams to ensure on-time go-lives.
