Datadog, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Manager to lead the Technical Enablement Management (TEM) team across APJ. You will coach TEMs, shape enablement programs and partner with Sales and Customer Success to drive adoption and ROI.

This is a hybrid role across Asia and ANZ, emphasizing cross-functional leadership and scalable enablement delivery. You will influence regional strategy, mentor leaders, and manage demand, capacity, and performance to ensure high-quality training and customer outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in Training, Presales, Post-Sales, Consulting or another customer-facing role
• Experience leading a distributed enablement or services team
• Proven ability to build scalable enablement programs that drive ROI
• Wamiliarity with AI tooling and process automation in enablement

Aufgaben

• Define enablement strategy for APJ Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Lead and coach TEMs across APJ, with regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Develop and maintain intake, prioritisation and capacity-planning processes.
• Monitor KPIs (utilisation, CSAT, productivity) and balance delivery with content creation.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Engineering and Product to improve enablement.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new TEMs as needed.
