Job summary

Drata is seeking an APAC Solutions Architect to partner with enterprise customers, implementing and expanding the Drata platform across security and compliance workflows. You’ll own the technical customer experience from kickoff through adoption—serving as implementation lead, platform expert, trainer, and trusted advisor.

You’ll collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering to solve complex needs and drive adoption.

Qualifications

• 8+ years post-sales in a customer-facing, enterprise SaaS role.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end enterprise implementations.
• Strong written/verbal communication; able to present to exec audiences.
• 5+ years in security, compliance, GRC or related field preferred.
• Experience with AI-powered tools in compliance or GRC is a plus.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure; APIs, JSON; scripting or dev work.

Responsibilities

• Own APAC enterprise customers as their primary technical contact.
• Lead end-to-end implementations with project plans and launches.
• Translate security/compliance needs into scalable Drata solutions.
• Monitor health, renewal risk, and expansion opportunities with CS.
• Configure Drata, integrate systems, support data migrations, troubleshoot issues.
• Advise on integrations, APIs, cloud infra, IAM, workflows, AI-enabled compliance.
• Deliver training and workshops to boost adoption and independence.
• Reduce engineering escalations with clear remediation and docs.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering on UAT, feedback, regional requirements.
• Share APAC trends and best practices across teams.
