Job summary

Drata is seeking an APAC-based Solutions Architect to support enterprise customers in adopting and expanding the Drata platform across security and compliance automation. You will own the technical customer experience from kickoff through adoption, serving as implementation lead, platform expert, trainer, and trusted advisor.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering to meet complex customer needs, improve enablement, and represent APAC requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years post-sales experience in a Solutions Architect, TAM, ICAM, CS Eng or similar role in B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, end-to-end enterprise implementations.
• Customer-facing experience with strong written and verbal communication; capable of presenting, training, and debugging with technical and executive audiences.
• 5+ years in security, compliance, GRC, or a related field preferred.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools or platforms applied to compliance or GRC workflows.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure; REST APIs/JSON; and scripting or development with JS/TS/React/Python/Bash.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Product, Engineering, QA, and Security teams.
• Based in, or able to work hours aligned with, the APAC region; English fluency required; additional languages a plus.
• Familiarity with APAC regulatory, data residency, or market requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of APAC enterprise customers as their primary technical contact.
• Lead end-to-end implementations with project plans, milestones, risk management, and launch readiness.
• Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders translating business, security, and compliance requirements into scalable solutions.
• Monitor customer health, usage, renewal risk, and expansion opportunities; partner with CS to address risks.
• Configure and customize Drata, integrate customer systems, support data migrations, and troubleshoot issues.
• Advise customers on integrations, APIs, cloud infra, IAM, development workflows, security tools, HR systems, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Deliver training, workshops, QBR insights, documentation and self-service guidance to boost adoption.
• Reduce engineering escalations by documenting platform behavior and providing remediation steps.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on UAT, bug reports, feature requests, and regional needs.
• Share APAC customer trends and best practices across CS and the company via enablement docs.
