Job summary

Drata is seeking an APAC Solutions Architect to be a customer-facing technical partner, helping enterprise customers implement, adopt, and expand the Drata security and compliance automation platform.

You will own the technical customer experience from kickoff through ongoing adoption, working with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering to solve complex needs and drive adoption across APAC.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of post-sales experience in a Solutions Architect or similar role in B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated success leading complex enterprise implementations.
• Customer-facing experience with strong communication to technical and executive audiences.
• 5+ years in security, compliance, GRC, or related field preferred.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools or platforms applied to compliance or GRC workflows.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and REST APIs/JSON.
• Able to partner cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Product, Engineering, QA, and Security.
• Based in APAC or able to align hours with APAC region; English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of APAC enterprise customers as their primary technical contact.
• Lead end-to-end implementations with project plans, milestones, risk management, and launch readiness.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and translate security/compliance requirements into scalable solutions.
• Monitor customer health, renewal risk, and expansion opportunities with CS.
• Configure and customize Drata, integrate customer systems, and support data migrations.
• Advise on integrations, APIs, cloud infra, IAM, development workflows, security tools, and AI-enabled compliance.
