Job summary

Drata is seeking an APAC Solutions Architect to act as a technical partner for enterprise clients, guiding adoption and expansion of Drata’s security and compliance automation platform. You’ll lead implementations from kickoff to launch, collaborating with Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering.

You will build trusted executive relationships and translate complex security requirements into scalable solutions, with availability to align with North American teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years post-sales in a Solutions Architect/related role in B2B SaaS.
• Experience leading complex enterprise implementations end-to-end.
• Strong written and verbal communications; comfortable with executives.
• 5+ years in security/compliance/GRC or related field preferred.
• Hands-on with AI-powered tools applied to compliance or GRC workflows.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure; REST APIs and JSON; scripting basics.

Responsibilities

• Own APAC enterprise customers as primary technical contact.
• Lead end-to-end implementations with plans, milestones, risk mgmt, launches.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders; translate security/compliance needs.
• Monitor health, usage, renewal risk, and expansion; address risks proactively.
• Configure and customize Drata; data migrations and issue triage.
• Advise on integrations, cloud infra, IAM, development workflows, AI workflows.
• Deliver training, workshops, and technical insights to boost adoption.
• Reduce engineering escalations with clear remediation and docs.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering on UAT, bugs, features, and regional needs.
