Job summary

Drata is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect for APAC to partner with enterprise customers, lead end-to-end implementations, and drive adoption of Drata’s security and compliance automation platform. You will collaborate with Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering to solve complex needs and help customers scale with AI-enabled compliance workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years post-sales experience in a relevant B2B SaaS role.
• Proven success leading end-to-end enterprise implementations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable with executives.

Responsibilities

• Own APAC enterprise customers as the primary technical contact.
• Lead end-to-end implementations with project plans, milestones, and launches.
• Translate security and compliance needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Monitor health, renewal risk, and expansion opportunities with Customer Success.
• Configure and integrate Drata, support migrations, and troubleshoot issues.
• Advise on integrations, APIs, cloud infra, IAM, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Deliver training, workshops, and technical insights to increase adoption.
• Reduce engineering escalations through clear remediation guidance.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering on UAT, bug reports, and feature requests.
• Share APAC trends and best practices across teams.
