Job summary

Drata is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect for APAC to serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise customers. You will lead end-to-end implementations, translate security and compliance needs into scalable Drata-based solutions, and collaborate with Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering to expand adoption across APAC.

The role requires strong customer-facing skills, 8+ years in related post-sales functions, and comfortable aligning work hours to APAC time zones.

Qualifications

• 8+ years post-sales experience in a Solutions Architect, TAM, IAM, Customer Success Engineer or similar role in B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, end-to-end enterprise implementations.
• Customer-facing experience with strong communication; comfortable presenting and training to technical and executive audiences.
• 5+ years in security, compliance, GRC or related field is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools or platforms in compliance or GRC workflows.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and REST APIs/JSON; scripting or development with JS/TS/Python/Bash.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of APAC enterprise customers as their primary technical contact.
• Lead end-to-end implementations including project plans, milestones, risk management, coordination, configuration, testing, and launch readiness.
• Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders translating business, security, and compliance requirements into scalable solutions.
• Monitor customer health, usage, renewal risk, and expansion opportunities; partner with Customer Success to address risks.
• Configure and customize Drata, integrate customer systems, support data migrations, and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Advise customers on integrations, APIs, cloud infrastructure, identity and access, development workflows, security tools, HR systems, and AI-enabled compliance workflows.
• Deliver training, workshops, QBRs, documentation, and self-service guidance to increase adoption.
• Reduce engineering escalations by documenting platform behavior and providing clear remediations.
• Partner with Product/Engineering on UAT, bug reports, feature requests, and regional requirements.
• Share APAC trends and best practices across teams via enablement and technical docs.
