Job summary

Secure Code Warrior Limited is seeking an SDR for APAC to promptly respond to inbound leads, qualify opportunities, and book meetings with APAC AEs. You will research each lead, tailor outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn, and hand off with context for effective conversations.

You’ll partner with Revenue Marketing to reflect what prospects saw and discussed, and work across time zones to drive pipeline. Flexibility and curiosity are valued in this global role.

Qualifications

• Prior SDR/BDR or inbound sales experience.
• Strong communication and coachability.
• Able to respond quickly while still researching to tailor conversations.
• Proficient engaging prospects by phone, email, and LinkedIn with a consultative approach.
• APAC hours and time-zone collaboration.
• Familiar with Salesforce or able to ramp quickly.
• Interest in security or developer tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads with speed-to-lead.
• Research each lead before engagement: company profile, role, tech signals, behavior.
• Qualify leads through consultative conversations identifying fit, need and timing.
• Book productive meetings with APAC AEs and ensure strong handoffs.
• Follow up on events and webinars with personalized, timely outreach.
• Nurture warm and aging leads and run multi-touch sequences.
• Collaborate with APAC AEs on lead quality and handoffs.
• Maintain accurate lead records in Salesforce and follow routing standards.
