Job summary

Veracross is seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager in Australia to orchestrate school deployments across 15–20 concurrent projects. You will align school leadership with Veracross technical teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and deliver strategic reviews to sustain high-quality deployments for APAC schools.

You will report to the Director of Implementations, APAC, and collaborate with global teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management for complex SaaS or enterprise software deployments.
• Experience in managing 20–25 concurrent projects with stakeholder alignment.
• Ability to lead escalations and strategic conversations with school leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Veracross SIS or ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end orchestration of implementation plans and resource schedules.
• Lead kickoff meetings to align school goals and timelines.
• Manage milestone reviews and risk with school stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineers, CSMs, and PMs to keep on schedule.
