Job summary

Veracross is seeking an Implementation Project Manager for the APAC region to orchestrate school-to-Veracross deployments in Australia. You will manage 15–20 concurrent deployments, align leadership and technical teams, and drive successful software rollouts.

You will act as the regional champion, translating market needs into delivery plans, managing stakeholder relationships, and coordinating with APAC leadership to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex SaaS or enterprise software implementations (12–18 months) in education or similar sectors.
• Strong ability to manage school leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End orchestration of implementation plans and resource schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead implementation kickoffs to define goals, roles, and timelines; cross-train as needed.
• Mentor and manage 20–25 concurrent projects; track staffing, timelines and expectations.
• Proactively solicit school feedback and ensure clear communication across stakeholders.
• Own Salesforce project setup and administration for APAC implementations and keep PM tools aligned.
