Job summary

Veracross is seeking an Implementation Project Manager for the Australian market to oversee 15 to 20 concurrent school deployments. You will balance project logistics with high-level stakeholder management, ensuring alignment between school leadership and Veracross technical teams.

Reporting to the Director of Implementations, APAC you will lead strategic reviews, manage risk, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, timely software deployments for Veracross SIS and related

Qualifications

• Experience in the Australian K–12 sector and regional schooling leadership dynamics.
• 5+ years leading complex SaaS/enterprise software implementations (12–18 months).
• Ability to manage 20–25 concurrent projects with high-quality delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End orchestration of implementation plans and resource schedules.
• Stakeholder coordination and escalation management with school leadership.
• Internal collaboration with engineers, CSMs, and PMs to keep work on schedule.
