Job summary

Veracross seeks an Implementation Project Manager for the Australian market to lead school deployments across APAC. You will balance 15-20 concurrent deployments, align school leadership with Veracross technical teams, and act as an Internal Champion for the region.

The role reports to the Director of Implementations, APAC. Required are deep SaaS implementation experience, strong stakeholder management with leadership, and the ability to translate market needs into successful deployments across

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience leading complex SaaS deployments (12–18 months).
• Ability to manage 20 to 25 concurrent projects with senior school leadership.
• Strong understanding of Veracross products, especially SIS, or proof of rapid learning.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End orchestration: develop and track implementation plans and resource schedules.
• Milestone management: oversee timelines and staffing, clarifying project status.
• Stakeholder coordination: manage school leadership and internal Veracross teams for alignment.
