Job summary

Veracross is seeking an Implementation Project Manager for the APAC region in Australia to drive school onboarding and successful deployments across multiple concurrent projects. You will align school leadership with Veracross technical teams, acting as the internal champion for Australian education market needs and strategic reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience in Australian K-12 sector and local leadership dynamics.
• 5+ years in complex SaaS or enterprise software implementations (12–18 months).
• Able to manage 20–25 concurrent projects with minimal director intervention.
• Deep knowledge of Veracross SIS and related products.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End orchestration of implementation plans and resources.
• Lead kickoff meetings to align goals and timelines.
• Monitor milestones, staffing, and process expectations.
• Manage school stakeholder relationships and escalations.
• Collaborate with engineers and customer success for on-schedule delivery.
