Job summary

Veracross seeks an Implementation Project Manager for the APAC region, focusing on Australian schools. You will orchestrate multiple SaaS deployments, manage school leadership relations, and align Veracross technical teams with customer goals.

You will own project health, risk tracking, and monthly/fortnightly strategic reviews, serving as the internal champion for Australia and driving successful software deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience in Australian K–12 education sector and understanding of local operations, regulatory environment, and school leadership dynamics.
• 5+ years of project management experience, including leading complex SaaS or enterprise software implementations (12–18 months duration).
• Ability to manage 20–25 concurrent projects with high-quality delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Thorough knowledge of Veracross products, SIS functionality and configuration, or ability to learn quickly through collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation plans and resource schedules for multiple deployments.
• Coordinate stakeholder communication, manage escalations, and drive change management for schools.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment, timelines, and data accuracy across APAC deployments.
