Job summary

Symplicity, a global higher education technology company, seeks a Software Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end onboarding for APAC clients, starting with Australia & New Zealand. You will configure solutions, train users, and ensure adoption across universities and career services teams.

This role requires strong project management and communication skills, with travel up to 25% across APAC and a hybrid Brisbane-based work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software implementation or SaaS onboarding.
• Experience with enterprise technology solutions or higher education/career services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects from kickoff through launch and adoption for assigned APAC clients.
• Gather and analyze client requirements to align system configuration with institutional goals.
• Conduct client training sessions and train-the-trainer workshops on system functionality, tools, workflows, and modules.
• Provide consultative guidance on implementation best practices and creative configuration solutions.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Coordinate with Professional Services, Product, and Client Relationship Specialists to support deployments.
• Review configurations prior to launch, identify gaps or risks, and communicate recommendations.
• Maintain regular communication with clients during onboarding and post-launch for adoption and transition to account management.
• Support pre-sales activities including product demos, scoping, and proposal input.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with high organization and client service.
