Job summary

Symplicity in Australia is seeking a Software Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end client onboarding and implementation projects for APAC, with a focus on Australia and New Zealand. You will be the primary contact from kickoff to launch, collaborating with universities and career services teams to tailor configurations and drive product adoption.

Based in Brisbane City with a hybrid work model (1 day onsite), you will manage multiple projects, provide training, support pre-sales activities,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 2+ years in software implementation or related customer-facing role.
• Experience with SaaS onboarding or higher education tech is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects from kickoff through launch and adoption for APAC clients.
• Gather and analyze client requirements to align configurations with institutional goals.
• Conduct client training sessions and train-the-trainer workshops on system functionality and workflows.
• Provide consultative guidance on best practices and configuration solutions.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Coordinate with Professional Services, Product, and Client Relationship teams for successful deployments.
• Review configurations prior to launch and communicate recommendations to clients.
• Maintain ongoing communication to ensure adoption and transition to long-term account management.
