Job summary

Vudoo is hiring a Sydney-based Client Success Manager to own day-to-day success for agency and ad tech partners across APAC. You will drive onboarding, activation, and ongoing adoption to ensure renewals and growth, with close collaboration across Growth, Product and Engineering.

You will manage relationships, track partner health and usage, and help shape regional strategy while scaling the APAC function in a growing commerce media platform.

Qualifications

• Experience in client success supporting media agencies, publishers or ad tech customers inside SaaS/AdTech/MarTech.
• Technical fluency with tagging, integrations, and platform onboarding.
• Strong relationship-building with agency/partner stakeholders and renewals/upsell experience.
• Market knowledge of Australian/APAC media landscape and how agencies evaluate technology.
• Self-starter with ability to manage a growing portfolio.
• Advertising experience with agencies or publishers is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding for agency and ad-tech partners, from integration to first live campaign.
• Train and enable agency planning, trading and activation teams to embed Vudoo in media plans.
• Guide partners through setup, tagging, and integration requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Manage partner relationships, renewals, and growth opportunities with senior teams.
• Monitor partner health and campaign performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Commercial teams to ensure partner needs are reflected in strategy.
