Zusammenfassung

Penumbra in Australia and New Zealand is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive growth across ANZ and the broader APAC region. You will develop, implement, and monitor marketing activities for Penumbra products and lead the launch and delivery of lifesaving devices to clinicians and patients.

You will work with a cross-functional team, oversee event management, training, and promotional content, and collaborate with sales, field teams, and the global marketing organization to optimize market share

Qualifikationen

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Biology, or related field with 3+ years in medical device marketing.
• Proven experience in a clinical setting and data-driven marketing strategies.
• Experience in event management, conferences, and product launches.
• Strong creativity and a passion for innovation.
• Analytical skills for forecasting and trend identification.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in regulated medical industries preferred.
• Highly accurate with strong attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Manage continuing customer and field-oriented product support activities in the assigned region.
• Select, train and develop staff with ongoing performance reviews.
• Coordinate and manage key industry events and conferences, including budgets.
• Implement promotion strategies and ensure accurate product communication content.
• Participate on cross-functional launch teams to deliver new products to sales and end users.
• Continuously evaluate products in the marketplace with emphasis on customer needs.
• Develop training materials and conduct field training on products.
• Identify market opportunities to maximize penetration.
• Monitor competitive landscape from the customer perspective.
• Support global marketing activities for regional sales and distributors.
• Develop marketing literature and sales tools and conduct market research as required.
