Job summary

Ambu is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our ANZ marketing team and craft strategies that drive market share, profitability, and brand strength across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Managing Director, this role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a lean, agile team environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience in healthcare, medical devices or related sector.
• Strong leadership and people development capability.
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Marketing Team through coaching, mentoring, and performance leadership.
• Lead the development and execution of ANZ marketing strategy to drive growth and market leadership.
• Identify new market opportunities, develop business cases, and support expansion initiatives.
• Oversee product and service launches and lifecycle management across the portfolio.
• Use market intelligence and customer insights to strengthen Ambu's market position.
• Partner with Sales, Contracts, Finance and other functions to align priorities.
• Support revenue growth through product promotion, market research, and sales enablement.
• Drive marketing excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across the function.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
• Champion Ambu's culture, values, quality standards and compliance.
